      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and returning clients seeking treatment
      - Manage objections and motivate clients to pursue the admissions process using a relational selling approach
      - Maintain high conversion rates and achieve targeted registration volumes
      - Provide accurate information regarding the admissions process and available treatment options
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key referring providers and community resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field or equivalent experience
      - Experience in a customer-facing sales environment
      - 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare sales environment
      - Desired experience in a behavioral healthcare call center
      - Strong communication and professionalism when interacting with clients and referral sources

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in eating disorder treatment settings or related behavioral healthcare environments
      - Familiarity with healthcare regulations and treatment modalities for eating disorders
      - Skills in consultative selling and overcoming objections in a compassionate manner
      - Ability to tailor messaging to different client personas and stages in the admissions process
      - Experience in managing multiple points of entry for marketing qualified leads
