- Diploma in public administration, business administration, procurement/contract management, financial management or related program, plus a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role, OR
- Certificate in public administration, business administration, procurement/contract management, financial management or related program, plus a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role, OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience providing procurement/contract and/or project management and coordination services.
- Experience in business analysis which may include financial administration, including fiscal budgeting processes and financial analytics.
- Experience in working collaboratively with various partners and stakeholders on business process change projects within the IM/IT sector.
- Experience monitoring contractual deliverables and performance.
- Preference may be given to applicants with experience with government alternative service delivery/outsourcing projects and/or procurement processes.

The Health Sector IMIT (HSIMIT) Division leads the Digitization of health services with a Digital Health Strategy (DHS) providing health sector leadership for IM/IT strategy, governance, investment planning, policy and legislation, privacy and security, vendor management, delivering digital business solutions in a collaborative relationship with internal Ministry and external health sector partners. The Vendor Management Office (VMO), a branch within the HSIMIT Division, provides procurement and contract management across a portfolio of services that enable the Division and the Ministry in the delivery of health services.
The Contract and Procurement Analyst supports the procurement life-cycle for Health Sector IM/IT Division’s contracts and other service contracts. The primary purpose is to provide project, procurement and contract management coordination and analysis for a variety of large-scale complex contracts for senior management.
