What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review PTO and pay policies from clients to ensure compliance
- Determine policy amounts that should have been granted versus what employees have taken
- Stage a copy of the database and update configurations to align with policies
- Generate and provide reports to clients showing accurate employee balances
- Test with clients and obtain sign-off before uploading new balances to the live database
What is Required (Qualifications):
- ADP Enhanced Time experience is mandatory
- Availability to start on January 15th, 2025
- Proven ability to work on project-based consulting tasks
- Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret pay policies
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and reporting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in consulting within the Payroll or HCM sector
- Familiarity with database management and configuration updates
- Previous experience working with various client payroll systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
