What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review PTO and pay policies from clients to ensure compliance
- Determine correct policy amounts owed to employees based on their usage
- Stage a copy of the database and update configurations to align with policies
- Generate and provide reports to clients reflecting accurate employee balances
- Conduct testing with clients and obtain necessary sign-offs before implementation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with ADP Enhanced Time systems
- Availability to start on January 15th, 2025
- Commitment to a project duration up to March 28, 2025, with the possibility of extension
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during the project period

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in payroll or human capital management consulting
- Familiarity with database management and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve discrepancies in employee balances
