What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Finalize and develop Mexico Payroll Export specifications and conduct unit testing
- Implement client solutions using ADP's Implementation Methodology and GWFM products
- Liaise with clients during data cleansing, mapping, and conversion phases, providing necessary assistance
- Prepare and assist in User Acceptance, End-to-End Testing, and Go-Live phases
- Support training delivery and update training manuals as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or Business Administration preferred (or equivalent training and experience)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a data integration or technical service role with client-facing responsibilities
- Strong system configuration knowledge and consulting skills
- Proven track record of successful implementations and client support
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ADP Global Workforce Management products
- Familiarity with HR and time management systems
- Previous mentoring or training experience within a consulting environment
- Knowledge of issue tracking processes and quality assurance reviews
- Demonstrated ability to manage project risks and deliverables effectively
