      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide remote payroll support to the client using the ADP CompPay model
      - Lead and manage a payroll team, including two other processors
      - Assist in managing full-cycle payroll for 4,000 employees
      - Collaborate with ADP and client personnel to ensure accurate payroll processing
      - Audit and update new hire information and review payroll files for accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Expertise in payroll processing using the ADP WFN product
      - Knowledge of U.S. payroll requirements
      - Familiarity with the ADP CompPay model
      - Ability to manage time card approvals and provide payroll reporting support
      - Must be available for full-time work during the project duration

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a similar payroll consulting role
      - Strong analytical skills for payroll audits and reporting
      - Excellent communication and leadership abilities
      - Previous experience managing payroll for large organizations
      - Familiarity with additional payroll software or systems
