What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the transition to Workforce Now Comprehensive Services, including payroll and HR functions
- Provide guidance on best practices for workflows, setup, and hierarchy
- Train the team on utilizing Workforce Now functionality effectively
- Act as the Project Manager on the client side, coordinating tasks and ensuring timely communication
- Support the client with setup, validation, testing of the Benefits module, and go-live support during the first payroll

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in payroll or HR services
- Strong understanding of ADP Comprehensive Services and Workforce Now functionality
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Available for 15-25 hours a week during CST working hours

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data verification and dual maintenance in payroll systems
- Familiarity with custom report setup and GL interface setup
- Previous consulting experience in a project-based environment
- Background in Organizational Change Management or related fields
