What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Client with creating, customizing, running reports in Workforce now for different stakeholder groups in the Company
- Assist Client with configuring and optimizing Workforce Now for the rapid growth cycle they are expecting to occur over the next 18 months
- Change the setup of WFN, where needed, to help optimize workflows that address a business need
- Assist Client with fixing and triaging issues within the system (workflows, hierarchy, validation tables, etc...) that arise within Workforce Now
- Work 15-30 hours per week in the Eastern Time Zone

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in HRIS analysis or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Workforce Now or similar HRIS systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with configuring and customizing HRIS systems
- Certification in HRIS or related field
- Familiarity with project-based consulting
