What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in transitioning from a third-party vendor relationship to internal processing of payroll using ADP WFN
- Act as the Project Manager on the Client side, delegating tasks and ensuring timely answers
- Create, document, and train standard operating procedures and best practices in Payroll, HR, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and other features
- Process payroll while client looks to hire full-time staff
- Train client staff on processing payroll, reviewing Preview file, and standard reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Payroll Consultant or similar role
- Exceptionally strong background in payroll processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
- Ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Beneftis/EDI builds/401k data feed, HRIS buildout, and API support
