Previous retail grocery or relatable experience preferred.
Must have the ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
Must be able to communicate effectively with teammates and customers.
Have a passion for training and developing their teams.
Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Being able to adapt quickly to changing situations.
Flexible availability, including weekends, is important for this retail role.
Strategic thinking
- Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred.
- Store Support Center Teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred.
- Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).
- If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
Job Description
