What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and support assigned systems, including Electronic Health Record Systems and Clinical Systems
- Serve as a subject matter expert on project teams and department initiatives
- Develop test scripts, conduct testing, and support application upgrades and project go-lives
- Utilize advanced application and analytic skills to design, build, and test solutions
- Collaborate with various teams on projects related to Virtual Health

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required, or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Information Systems management
- Experience with Epic systems, particularly ClinDoc or Ambulatory
- Understanding of the data courier process and EPIC upgrade cycle
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow as a ticketing system

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Epic ClinDoc or Epic Ambulatory certification
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience in medical terminology and billing infrastructure
