      Job summary

      As the largest independent provider of NHS services, Practice Plus Group is delivering a new model of Integrated Urgent Care that reduces pressures on services and staff. By bringing together NHS 111, clinical assessment and other urgent care services, we enable patients to access the right care, at the right time in the right place. We are recruiting and looking for ambitious and committed Paramedics and Pharmacists to join our service. We offer digital consultations. Youll be working autonomously within your sphere of competency and be part of a friendly, close-knit multi-skilled professional team that includes GPs, ANPs, UCPs, mental health and dental nurses and pharmacy advisors. You will be involved in providing an enhanced assessment, triage, referral and/or treatment of a wide range of patients, utilising relevant evidence based practice, local guidelines and organisational procedures. You will provide provision of appropriate care based on patient need, ensuring patients receive a timely and appropriate response. We are proud of our strong, stable infrastructure that ensures clinical safety and provides round the clock senior level support and guidance. You will be able to keep your skills up to date with a CPD programme. You will benefit from regular supervision and education events, including case discussions, learning and clinical updates. We are offering part-time, full time or flexible role. (ANP, ACP, AHP)

      Main duties of the job

      Qualifications Essential: Professional registration with the Health and Care professions Council (HCPC) or GPhC registered Substantial post registration clinical experience in a primary care setting Experience of working in an autonomous advanced role. Independent Non-Medical prescribing. Advanced paediatric and/or Minor illness in children experience Experience of senior level decision making and delivery in a changing environment. Able to understand and analyse complex issues and balance competing priorities in order to make difficult decisions. Diploma (or equivalent) in primary and Urgent care examination Have completed or currently engaged on MSc level Advanced Clinical Practice education. Previous experience of triage/telephone consultation Evidence of working across organisational boundaries within health and social care. Excellent communication and IT skills. Passionate about our Vision and values and incredible mission to combat health inequalities. Desirable: Experience in working in 111, OOH, A&E, Medical settings Palliative care experience Mental health experience and or/care setting
