- Registered nurse or equivalent and have obtained a clinical examination qualification, ideally to masters standard

Job summary
Uppingham Surgery is looking to recruit an Advanced Clinical Practitioner with excellent clinical skills and warmth, with a commitment to positively contribute to our provision of high-quality patient centred care.
Uppingham Surgery is a diverse multidisciplinary team looking after 12,800 patients in the beautiful market town of Uppingham, situated just off the A47.
The role offers you the opportunity to work as an autonomous practitioner, working independently to assess, diagnose and treat patients with a range of acute, non-acute and chronic medical conditions.
We are looking for a 6 to 8 session practitioner working between Monday and Friday. The position offers a very competitive salary, generous annual and study leave, with access to the NHS pension scheme.

The post holder will demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision-making process. They will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse leadership as required. In order to work at this level, NMC requirements or equivalent for advanced practice must be met.
