- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate treatment/interventions and care for patients presenting with an undifferentiated diagnosis
- Clinically examine and assess patient needs from a physiological and psychological perspective, and plan clinical care accordingly

Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated, Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly team.
The post holder will be an experienced Nurse Practitioner, who can act within their professional boundaries, and provide 'on the day appointments'.
We are happy to consider full and part time applicants and salary will be dependant on experience.
Drayton Medical Practice are a well established supportive training practice with approximately 18,000 patients across 3 sites situated on the northern outskirts of Norwich City.
Main duties of the job
Working within your professional boundaries, you will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
You will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills, for patients.
You will demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision-making process and work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse leadership as required.

Drayton Medical Practice is an urban / rural medical practice situated in the North of Norwich. Comprising 3 surgeries, Drayton, Horsford & Horsham St Faiths.
With 7 GP Partners, 2 salaried GP's and a Nursing team of 17 dedicated staff together with a large non clinical helpful team of receptionists and administrators.
There is free car parking at all 3 sites.
