What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the creation and implementation of innovative simulation solutions for faculty and staff
- Provide operational support for clinical and surgical simulations, including technical and hands-on assistance
- Proctor SAGES testing exams for surgical and gynecology residents
- Support faculty and staff in integrating assessment into training sessions and research activities
- Link data captured from simulation training sessions to faculty presentations and publications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a healthcare-related field (i.e. Surgical Technology, Nursing, EMS)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in instruction, training, education, direct patient care, or simulation environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Superior organizational, planning, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a support role within a simulation or surgical simulation setting
- Background in designing and developing training activities in health science education or higher education
- Involvement with scholarly projects and inventory management
- Relevant healthcare licensure or surgical certifications (CST, CSFA, TS-A, CSA, CNOR)
- Knowledge of simulation software (i.e. CAE, Gaumard, Laerdal) and applications like SAP and Ariba
