What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support regional business to achieve sustainable growth based on targets and quotas

- Educate healthcare customers on clinical guidelines and evidence-based best practices
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare customers to ensure loyalty and satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher with four (4) years of sales, clinical, or related experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with eight (8) years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience in a hospital, home health, or long-term care environment
- Current, valid Driver's License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to complete business planning requirements and maintain customer engagement data using Salesforce.com

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current certifications such as BSN, RN, CWOCN, CWCN, CWS, CCM, PT, or DPT
- Strong understanding of clinical value drivers in various healthcare settings
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with public speaking and technical presentations
- Proven ability to cultivate collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
