What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead multiple teams to design and deliver data platform features for internal users
- Understand enterprise data requirements and ensure compliance with enterprise patterns
- Identify user and stakeholder needs to inform prioritization and trade-off discussions
- Create a vision and roadmap for the product addressing stakeholder needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders reliant on platform capabilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of experience in digital product management
- At least 3 years of experience working with SQL
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with SQL, Python, and/or R
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- MBA or Master's degree
- 5+ years of experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products
