What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and expand a customer base of global advertising agencies
- Set commissions, targets, and quotas for the advertising channel
- Produce reliable sales forecasts for agency customers on a monthly, quarterly, and multi-year basis
- Provide strategic advice to partners to maximize their return on investment
- Manage a limited number of key accounts with proactive communication and regular reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of progressive experience in advertising and media sales
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives
- Experience in advertising agencies as a media buyer or selling to global agency customers
- Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including agencies and DSPs
- High proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in an international context
- Interest or understanding of the aviation or satellite internet industries
