- Additional experience in identifying business challenges, gathering information, navigating ambiguous problem sets, implementing new strategies, leading project delivery, and influencing decision-makers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Lean or Six Sigma Certification
- Experience in customer service, contact centers, or loss mitigation
- Experience in fraud analysis and management or dispute management
- Experience in payments, billing processes, or credit bureau reporting
- Experience in branch strategy or management
