- Provide training and knowledge transfers on Licence NSW functions and business processes to ensure continued capability uplift across business units.
- Lead a large diverse project portfolio relevant to licensing services, ensuring that stakeholders are engaged and supported throughout transformation activities
- Responding flexibly to ensure the achievement of multiple projects with limited resources and tight deadlines, and the need to identify project interdependencies and balance competing demands and priorities
- Undertaking analysis of business needs and build business readiness for the delivery of
Licence NSW - Manage operational stakeholder communications, engagement and change initiatives to facilitate the delivery of organisational objectives.
- Undertake systems and manual process analysis, process design and modelling to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Knowledge of Fair Trading Licence schemes and business functions.
- Experience and knowledge with Licence NSW products
- Ability to present training and provide learning material in a variety of formats to suit business needs
- Strong engagement capabilities and the ability to quickly build positive working relationships across a range of stakeholders
- Self motivation, initiative and experience driving projects to completion
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to influence and negotiate productive discussions to achieve effective solutions

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to temporarily join Fair Trading Licensing. This role works closely, collaboratively and in consultation with regulatory business units and decision makers to realise the digital future of the licensing landscape.
We are in a period of transitioning licences and authorisations to the Licence NSW platform and changing the way we are working. This role requires someone with proven training and continuous improvement experience. You will have the ability to collaborate with colleagues across Fair Trading Operations and Government Technology Platforms to ensure effective delivery of functionality aligned with business needs to meet end to end customer outcomes.
We are looking for a motivated and energetic candidate to be part of and lead a high functioning, dynamic team building business readiness for the delivery of Licence NSW. In addition, the role is responsible for training and capability uplift, business analysis, improving business practices and empowering and providing ongoing support to the users of Licence NSW products.

Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at 110,266 base plus superannuation
