      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist sales personnel in qualifying enterprise customer needs and conducting pre-demo needs analysis
      - Serve as the lead technical advisor for strategic accounts
      - Provide mentoring and training to peers and colleagues within the organization
      - Deliver product demonstrations tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and via web meetings
      - Generate product demo scripts and maintain demonstration environments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
      - Strong pre-sales experience; ITSM & ITOM experience is advantageous
      - Experience in Pharma/Life Sciences is preferred
      - Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and business concepts
      - Understanding of enterprise IT architecture and experience selling to it

      - Background in ITIL, Service Management, Asset Management, and IT Operations Management
      - Creative problem-solving skills with a growth mindset
      - Mastery of the sales process and ability to act as a trusted advisor
