Threshold Giving, a leading advocacy group specializing in face-to-face fundraising, is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated individuals to advocate for our valued partner, Boston Children's Hospital.

As an advocate, you will be the essential bridge between Boston Children's Hospital and the community. Your role will entail sparking conversations, forging connections, and inspiring philanthropy that will have a profound impact on the lives of countless children.

Pay:

$25 per hour + performance bonuses for fundraising.

Your Role:

• Engage directly with the public, sharing the incredible mission and accomplishments of Boston Children's Hospital.
• Cultivate relationships and foster generosity to secure regular donations to our cause.
• Champion children's health and motivate community members to support our life-altering initiatives.

About You:

• You are fueled by a deep commitment to children's welfare and the significance of healthcare.
• You boast excellent communication skills and a knack for building meaningful connections.
• You are driven, resilient, and flourish in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
• You can work independently while also thriving within a team dynamic.
• Previous experience in fundraising, sales, or customer-facing roles is beneficial, but not essential.
• Candidates do not need an automobile and driver’s license to advance but the willingness and ability to use public transit is a must (T passes provided after the first month of employment).
