What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the North America Aerospace Program and ensure compliance with AS9104 and ISO 17021 standards
- Conduct AS9100 and AS9120 audits as an AS Lead Auditor
- Collaborate with the NAM Business Teams to develop customer services and resolve certification conflicts
- Review and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and feedback from clients
- Provide training and guidance to AS auditors and internal teams on aerospace standards and processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a relevant discipline
- Certified Aerospace Industry Experienced Lead Auditor for AS9100 and AS9120 standards
- Direct experience in Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Quality, or Process Control with a major airframe manufacturer or equivalent organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and composition
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with civil, military, or space organizations, such as National Aviation Authorities
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Familiarity with Health & Safety, Code of Integrity, and Professional Conduct Policies
- Experience in conducting training for auditors and operational teams
