What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the North America Aerospace Program and accreditation functions, ensuring compliance with AS9104 and ISO 17021
- Conduct AS9100 and AS9120 audits as an AS Lead Auditor
- Collaborate with business teams to enhance customer service and resolve certification conflicts
- Monitor audit package turnaround times and manage NCR submissions for resolution
- Provide training and guidance for AS auditors, ensuring compliance with program changes and standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a relevant discipline
- Certified Aerospace Industry Experienced Lead Auditor for AS9100 and AS9120 standards
- Direct involvement in Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Quality, or Process Control for major aerospace organizations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
