Job Description

- Serve as a high performing member of the sales team, leading by example through generation of sales leads, meeting or exceeding net invoice sales targets, and ensuring client needs are successfully met.
- Drive clinic sales to achieve monthly targets based on KPIs by cross promotion of new services/treatments.
- Initiate sales process with warm leads; conduct virtual consultations; describe Ideal Image product and service options professionally and with an expert knowledge base.
- Close sales by building strong rapport with potential client; explain product and service capabilities; overcome objections; discuss and prepare financing documents.
- Schedule in-clinic consultations and treatments.
- Build client retention by introducing and upselling additional products and services.
- Provide value and educate clients regarding our approach, the procedure, our processes, and pricing, including all documentation and financing/payment options available.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current Ideal Image clients, ensuring a smooth hand-off between consult and treatment.
- Manage the appropriate follow up with both the in-clinic team and the client to ensure a great experience leading up to and through service delivery.
- Follow up on with leads and existing clients via outbound calling, texts, and emails.
- Reach out to potential clients who have expressed an interest in Ideal Image to help educate them on our services, identify where they are in their decision-making process, and/or follow up on clients who may have delayed scheduling a treatment.
- Maintain and develop a client pipeline and regularly follow up with prospective clients who did not move forward in their initial consultation.
- Coordinate the referral-based lead generation process with existing clients.
- Handle customer service and client escalations with Customer Service team.
- Demonstrate ethical sales practices and adhere to all company protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of completed transactions and clients within our CRM system (Salesforce).
- All other aesthetic advisor duties as required.
- High school diploma required
- 2 years of consultative sales and negotiation experience
- Experience with video conferencing tools (ex: Zoom), CRM systems (ex: Salesforce), call routing systems (ex: Five9), and financing programs preferred
- Proven success in a commission and/or target driven environment with expectations to achieve sales metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication, high attention to detail and rapport building skills
- Self-motivation, drive, initiative, and outgoing and confident sales approach
- Ability to explain financial lending guidelines with intermediate mathematical skills
- Ability to multi-task, use personal judgment and utilize strong decision making, analytical and follow-up skills.
- Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (MS Office Suite, Salesforce etc.)
- Must be willing and able to present and sell virtually on camera within the Ideal Experience
- High integrity with excellent time management

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred. Commensurate sales experience may be substituted for academic credentials
- 3+ years of consultative sales and negotiation experience
- Aesthetics or related industry experience

This position is located in Tampa, FL at the Ideal Image headquarters on a hybrid basis. Part time is required to work 2-3 shifts a week with various day and evening shifts available. The Aesthetic Advisor is a dynamic, sales-oriented professional with high volume consumer sales experience who delivers the Ideal Experience as part of a virtual sales team. The Ideal candidate is confident with high integrity, passionate about the aesthetics industry and our customer, and has a track record of consultative sales success.
In this role, the Aesthetic Advisor is responsible for inbound and outbound lead management, virtual sales consultations, and scheduling treatments for a portfolio of clinics. In addition to new client sales, this role requires educating and upselling existing clients to generate enthusiasm for our services. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong negotiation and closing skills and the ability to overcome objections in a consultative environment while complying with company policies and guidelines.
