What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical and technical support and training on the EP mapping and navigation system and all Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) products
- Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on technical matters related to CAS products and procedures
- Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products
- Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and execute sales opportunities in the region

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma plus a minimum of 10 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
- Associate degree plus a minimum of 8 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
- Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
- Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 25%
- Experience in a clinical or technical support role within the cardiac catheter ablation field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven track record with technical training assignments
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales
- Familiarity with EP mapping and navigation technology
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence and train others effectively
