What We Need:

A motivated self-starter Affiliate Service Representative that has great customer service skills and a learner's mindset.

What You'll Do:

• Collecting affidavits and reviewing compliance information received from approx. 900 assigned radio stations.

• Contact stations with any new or changes in inventory.

• Learn all delivery services currently in use (i.e. MrMaster, Network Connect and Wide Orbit)

• Learn our codes and how each works (i.e. barter vs long form programming, work parts etc).

• Contact stations regarding compliance issues.

• Review grid reports and compliance reports and making station contacts based on this information.

• Write up discrepancies and work with affiliate marketing to follow up.

• Call on specific post and Radar lists as necessary.

• Data entry work as necessary.

• Provide administrative and/or process support in any of the following areas: contract administration, customer service, and order history.

• Acts as an extension of the sales team by assisting with product pricing, sales development, sales material creation, marketing communications, etc.

• Generate reports related to sales activities and revenue data.

What You'll Need:

• Basic Microsoft Excel skills,

• Proficient typing/spelling skills

• A customer service background

• Capable of learning new computer platforms

Compensation:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.

$17.30 - $21.63
