What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advocacy and engagement for community members with local partners and agencies
- Share resources and offer skill-building support in areas such as employment and education
- Assist Afghan community members in securing vocational opportunities
- Organize community education sessions on employment and social adjustment
- Collaborate with various service providers to ensure effective delivery of support services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- One year of experience in social work, counseling, or related fields
- Lived experience with refugee resettlement or humanitarian parole processes
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills in Pashto and/or Dari
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both oral and written forms
- Advanced knowledge of employment services and social adjustment services

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- History of community engagement and community organizing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to remain calm during challenging circumstances and emergencies
