      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver professional and empathetic customer service through inbound calls and emails
      - Assess member needs and provide educational guidance on Work-Life and Employee Assistance Plan benefits
      - Verify eligibility, document requests in CRM, and explain benefits clearly to members
      - Meet performance metrics including service levels, call abandonment, and response times
      - Provide resources for urgent and crisis situations while assisting members via email, web, and chat

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4+ years of client service experience, preferably in a human services field (e.g., social work, public health)
      - High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
      - Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management abilities
      - Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
      - Willingness to work every Saturday and Sunday, and occasional holiday shifts

      - Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
