      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a liaison between the employer and agents, managing relationships and ensuring compliance with company initiatives
      - Develop and monitor agency performance to achieve profitable growth in volume and policy count
      - Maintain open communication with agents, encouraging the use of employer systems and resources
      - Conduct inspections and provide recommendations for risk improvement based on the Loss Control Guide
      - Collaborate with various teams to discuss agency opportunities for growth and profitability

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of underwriting, marketing, or field underwriting experience
      - Proven track record in establishing and achieving business goals
      - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internal business software
      - Valid state-issued driver's license in good standing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree preferred
      - 3 years of experience in Agency Management and rating
      - 2 years of experience in Claims, Loss Control, or Inspection
