What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect, interview, and approve new appointments to expand agency distribution
- Manage agents within a designated area, utilizing various communication methods to build relationships and manage performance
- Translate national strategic initiatives into local goals and objectives while holding agents accountable for execution
- Deliver effective communications and assist agencies in developing local marketing plans to meet growth goals
- Evaluate agency performance and conduct training on products, services, and value propositions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to perform essential functions, including seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking
- Strong organizational and priority-setting skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts
- Must possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
- Must be able to multi-task and meet in-person and virtual communication needs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of sales or relevant insurance experience
- Prior experience driving sales results
- Experience working with various lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health)
