What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect, interview, and approve new appointments to expand the agency distribution network
- Manage agents in a designated area using various communication methods to build relationships and improve performance
- Translate national strategic initiatives into local goals, ensuring agent accountability for execution
- Monitor agent performance against established goals and guidelines
- Conduct training for agency staff on products, services, and marketing strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to perform essential functions, including seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking, with or without accommodation
- Strong verbal communication skills in a clear and professional manner
- Ability to follow complex instructions and resolve conflicts
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Must be able to learn and apply technical and procedural information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of sales or relevant insurance experience
- Prior experience in driving sales results
- Experience with various lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health) is a plus
- Compliance with driving standards and valid driver's license with auto insurance
