What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect, interview, and approve new agency appointments to expand distribution
- Manage agents using various communication methods to build relationships and deliver training
- Monitor agent performance and hold them accountable for goals and procedures
- Conduct training for agency staff on products, services, and value propositions
- Develop efficient growth plans in collaboration with leadership and product teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to perform essential functions including seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking
- Strong organizational and priority-setting skills
- Ability to follow complex instructions and facilitate conflict resolution
- Must be able to multi-task effectively
- Minimum of 3 years of sales or relevant insurance experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience with driving sales results
- Experience working with different lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health)
- Compliance with driving standards and valid driver’s license
- Experience in claims preferred
