Job Details: Slingo Financial Services representatives are responsible for serving families that have requested help with mortgage protection, life insurance, etc. No cold calling or sales quotas required. Available positions include part-time and entry level to experienced insurance sales. All openings involve training and career growth. The ideal candidate is seeking a rewarding career, work/life balance, and has big long-term goals and dreams. This is a remote, commission-based position with COMMISSION INCREASES EVERY MONTH.
Slingo Financial representatives will have support to build an agency and generate passive income and have contractual agency ownership! New hires will be directed to obtain a life and health insurance license through a two-week online course

Responsibilities: - Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on the client's needs.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints.
- Expand business reach through networking techniques.
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations.
- Track and identify areas of improvement.
Requirements: - Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields not necessary, but a plus.
- Stay up to date on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks.
- Expected to learn and understand the products available.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Organizational skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
