      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide expert-level support to agents/customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with excellent customer service
      - Assist customers with requests/tickets by leveraging program resources and collaborating with other teams
      - Maintain agent/customer satisfaction through effective communication and a professional disposition
      - Analyze trends or patterns in data relevant to daily tasks and suggest potential solutions
      - Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure program efficiency and effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service abilities, both written and verbal
      - Professional experience in customer service and critical thinking/problem-solving skills
      - Experience using G Suite; Microsoft Office experience is a bonus
      - Remote work experience and a dedicated home office/work space

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - BA/BS in a related field preferred
      - Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred
      - Advanced Trello experience preferred
      - Analytical skills to understand and report on data trends
      - Agile and flexible attitude
