Establish an operational plan (including Estimate at Completion) and regular updates for several contracts from an Airbus Helicopters perspective
Work closely and regularly with operational teams to anticipate potential financial impacts and support decision making
Run the regular forecasting process for respective contracts w.r.t. Revenues, CoS, Gross Margin and Cash in / Cash Out
Develop further the controlling of transversal Core activities and prepare for Software Release 3 and a potential Midlife Upgrade of the program
Exchange constantly with the NHIndustries consortium to ensure proper contract administration (down payments, invoices, etc.)
Elaborate accounting treatment of respective contracts jointly with accounting and external auditors
Serve as Finance focal point for all questions and topics related to the respective contracts
A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study
Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
English: fluent
French: fluent
Strong ability to translate complex contracts into financial figures and explain them to all stakeholders
Ability to work independently and challenge operational teams
Understanding of financial / accounting processes
Strong communications skills (written and orally) and awareness of the particular setup of NHIndustries
Profound understanding of financial models (Gross Margin, EBIT, FCF, Cost at Completion) and accounting rules (French GAAP and IFRS)
Experience in complex Industrial activities and long-term contracts
Capacity to work within an international environment
