What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct and guide two Agile teams to enhance digital outputs for IT projects
- Foster consistent maturation and advancement within the teams to deliver greater value and speed
- Collaborate with both client and vendor resources, including teams based in the U.S. and India
- Coach team members and provide recommendations based on challenges in business and IT
- Facilitate adherence to Scrum methodologies and Agile practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with IT Agile teams and adherence to Scrum methodologies
- Understanding of marketing and experience within the pharmaceutical sector is a plus
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to coach team members effectively
- Proven ability to identify and recommend solutions for business and IT challenges
- Flexibility and demonstrated team leadership qualities
