What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and facilitate all agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrums, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring clear priorities and requirements are defined
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop project schedules
- Oversee projects from initiation to completion, adhering to timelines and scope
- Design and deliver user acceptance testing (UAT) and training programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
- Proven knowledge of ERP concepts and functions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of project management principles and software development life cycle
- Experience with SQL and web applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Product Owner with a focus on IT projects
- Familiarity with backlog management tools such as Jira
- Project management certification (PMP, CSM, PSM, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce, particularly Salesforce Education Cloud
- Previous professional experience in higher education
