What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet assigned sales targets for agreement-based services and new business development
- Prepare sales offers for agreements and identify necessary data for agreement creation
- Manage and maintain sales funnel and cases in CRM on a daily basis
- Support agreement renewals in line with retention policies
- Assist in customer relations and collection efforts as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience considered
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in service-related sales
- Demonstrated leadership experience and understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
- Proven ability to meet monthly sales quotas and manage CRM funnel size
- Good written and verbal communication skills, along with computer proficiency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cranes is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales funnel management
- Ability to develop target accounts for new business opportunities
- Strong organizational skills for tracking sales activities
- Experience in customer relationship management
