What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet assigned sales targets for agreement-based services and new business development
- Prepare sales offers for agreements and other new business opportunities
- Manage and maintain CRM sales funnel, ensuring all visits and communications are logged
- Support agreement renewals and assist in customer relations or collection efforts
- Report monthly progress and maintain communication with the District/Branch Manager
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent experience and training
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in service-related sales
- Demonstrated leadership experience and basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
- Proven track record of meeting monthly sales quotas and managing CRM funnel size
- Good written and verbal communication skills, along with PC proficiency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cranes or similar material handling equipment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Additional sales experience in a related industry
