      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet assigned sales targets for agreement-based services and new business development
      - Develop and manage a list of target accounts to pursue new agreement business opportunities
      - Maintain and manage sales funnel and cases in CRM daily, ensuring all activities are logged
      - Assist in customer relations and collection efforts as needed
      - Support agreement renewals in accordance with retention policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent experience and training considered
      - Minimum of two (2) years' experience in service-related sales
      - Demonstrated leadership experience and a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
      - Proven track record of meeting monthly sales quotas and managing CRM funnel size
      - Good written and verbal communication skills; proficient in PC skills

      - Prior experience in the material handling or crane industry
      - Strong ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
      - Experience using CRM systems effectively
      - Proven success in a competitive sales environment
      - Knowledge of agreement-based services in the industry
