      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Work directly with Equipment Dealers and Dealer Groups on training, marketing, and dealer issues
      - Provide training and support for online quoting systems to various dealer personnel
      - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and relationships with dealers and OEM accounts
      - Collaborate with OEM Finance and Insurance personnel to facilitate the sale of products and services
      - Attend equipment conventions/shows, manage booths, and interact with dealers and their staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of business development and sales experience
      - Goal-oriented, self-starter with strong communication, presentation, and technology skills
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience selling finance and insurance products in the commercial equipment industry
      - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Strong understanding of the commercial agriculture and construction equipment markets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, insurance, or a related field or equivalent work experience
      - Strong understanding of the commercial equipment lending market
      - Property and Casualty Insurance license
