      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and coordinate Seed Sales Representatives and wholesale personnel to grow the seed technology business in the defined region
      - Serve as a member of the Seed Technology Team, working closely with key suppliers to provide leading seed varieties for the regional sales teams
      - Foster teamwork to achieve regional and national goals, including maintaining and directing seed supplier strategy and coordination of local supplier opportunities
      - Ensure adoption and adherence to business processes associated with seed technology
      - Manage communication with regional management regarding initiatives, objectives, strategies, and action plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience in the seed industry
      - Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking ability
      - Ability to establish and maintain effective internal/external relationships
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Knowledge and proficiency in seed technology, regional cropping trends, and market economics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven track record in inventory management
      - Strong relationships among peers and industry contacts
      - Experience in seed treatment sales and identifying growth opportunities
      - Familiarity with internal seed brands such as Integra, Fortus, and Harvest Bounty
