      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and deploy AI chatbots within Microsoft Teams and M365 to automate legal service delivery
      - Integrate chatbots with ServiceNow for case management and workflow automation
      - Design automation workflows for document intake, validation, and compliance checks
      - Monitor chatbot and automation performance, optimizing for accuracy and efficiency
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance user experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power Apps)
      - Proficiency in AI/ML technologies, NLP models, and LLMs (Azure AI, OpenAI, or equivalent)
      - Experience with ServiceNow integration for chatbot automation and case management
      - Knowledge of legal document processing, automation, and compliance validation
      - Excellent communication skills for translating complex AI automation processes into actionable insights

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI, or AI/ML technologies
      - Experience with legal service automation and document validation
      - Background in legal operations or knowledge management within a law firm or corporate legal department
