What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the AI and Data Governance programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Collaborate with business units, IT, legal, and compliance teams to ensure data governance and AI initiatives align with organizational needs
- Promote data literacy and ethical AI practices through training and awareness programs
- Create and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of data governance and AI programs, identifying opportunities for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of work-related experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management, data governance, or AI governance
- Strong understanding of data integrity, privacy, and security principles
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders
- Experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting or nonprofit organization
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in data governance and AI ethics
- Familiarity with data management tools and methodologies
- Skills in promoting training and awareness programs related to data governance
