      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support audit readiness initiatives by preparing documentation and evidence for internal and external audits related to AI usage
      - Respond to client and regulator inquiries regarding the organization's AI practices, ensuring transparency and compliance
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement guidelines for responsible AI usage
      - Assist in creating training materials to educate stakeholders on AI governance policies and compliance requirements
      - Monitor and analyze AI initiatives to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI governance, compliance, or audit-related roles
      - Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI and machine learning frameworks
      - Proven project management skills with experience in managing cross-functional initiatives
      - Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
      - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong communication skills

      - Advanced degree in a relevant field such as data science, analytics, or public policy
      - Experience with AI ethics, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance
