Job Summary:

Join Envestnetu2019s dynamic AI Implementations team as an intern, where youu2019ll play a crucial role in evaluating, integrating, and monitoring AI solutions within our internal systems. Reporting to the AI Implementations Manager, youu2019ll collaborate with various teams across the organization to enhance our platformu2019s capabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI product evaluation, integration, and monitoring, contributing to projects that drive innovation and efficiency across the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in evaluating AI products for integration with existing systems, focusing on solutions that do not require extensive development.
  
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into current workflows.
  
• Monitor AI models and algorithms already deployed within the organizationu2019s software.
  
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and methodologies to inform product evaluations and integrations.
  
• Support the integration of AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
  
• Support internal development efforts to implement AI solutions that are native to Envestnet.
  
• Assist with testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  
• Document project progress, methodologies, and outcomes for internal review.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI implementations.
  
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation.
  
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations.
  
• Work closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to define project requirements and deliverables.
  
• Help manage project timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure successful project completion.
  
• Coordinate with BSAs, QA Engineers, Developers, Data Scientists, and Security and Compliance personnel to ensure alignment and integration of AI solutions.
  
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.u00A0
  
• Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.u00A0
  
• As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analysis or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
  
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.is a plus
  
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) is a plus
  
• Familiarity with data preprocessing and analysis techniques.
  
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database management.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  
• Prior experience with AI projects or internships is a plus but not required.
  
• Interest in product evaluation and integration.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, including Product Owners, Project Managers, BSAs, QA Engineers, Developers, Data Scientists, and Security and Compliance personnel.

Envestnetu2019s Summer Internship Program:

Envestnetu2019s Summer Internship Program provides a paid, 10-week, full-time experience for qualified students to learn more about Envestnet and what we do. Interns will receive hands on exposure to the inner workings of their teams and functions.

The 2025 Summer Internship program will begin on June 9th, 2025, and will conclude on August 15th, 2025. All interns must be a commutable distance to an office location and will be expected to work in office.
