      We are looking for a Lead Data Architect to join our growing Data & AI Practice. You will be responsible for the successful technical delivery of data and AI solutions, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality requirements. You will provide specialist technical knowledge for bids and delivery projects, lead data engineering and science efforts, and drive technical excellence.       This role will require occasional travel to London.

      What you'll be doing:

      • Leading the design and successful delivery of data and AI solutions.
      • Providing technical expertise for bids and projects.
      • Directing data engineering and data science on projects.
      • Leading and mentoring project engineering teams.
      • Innovating with data technologies to drive better customer outcomes.
      • Architecting solutions leveraging simulation, predictive analytics, and AI.

      What you’ll bring:

      • Strong experience in enterprise and solution data architecture (TOGAF preferred).
      • Expertise in data modelling, transformation, integration, and analytics.
      • Deep knowledge of data lake, data integration, and warehousing technologies.
      • Proven knowledge of metadata management tools, data quality tools and pipeline development tools.
      • Understanding of data governance, GDPR, and AI ethics.
      • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients.

      It would be great if you had:

      • Experience with data obfuscation and synthetic data generation.
      • Hands-on experience with AI and Machine Learning tools.

      Salary: up to £80,000
