What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development and maintenance of strategic initiatives advocating for enterprise adoption of Generative AI
- Assist in designing and implementing change management strategies, including communication campaigns and training sessions
- Engage with the employer's community on various platforms to promote GenAI adoption and provide guidance on policies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align projects and communications with enterprise strategic objectives
- Develop training programs for AI/ML developers and create materials such as blogs, tutorials, and how-to videos

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with AI/ML concepts and technologies, including proficiency in Python and its data science stack (e.g., NumPy, Scikit, Pandas)
- Basic understanding of cloud computing technologies, such as Kubernetes and AWS
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, including Docker and Git (GitLab, GitHub)
- U.S. citizenship required due to system access limitations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience designing Data Science or AI training programs
- Experience creating AI/ML-related content, such as blog posts or tutorials
- Strong understanding of engineering processes and AI/ML applications in areas like RF signals, NLP, and computer vision
- Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and foster a collaborative community
