What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Book domestic and international air travel for program participants, ensuring excellent customer service
- Manage inbound and outbound participant calls and create preliminary itineraries for enrollments
- Handle airline schedule changes and resolve flight issues during world events or disruptions
- Promote additional services and educate participants on competitive upgrade offers
- Meet or exceed Travel Services performance standards and enhance customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or comparable experience
- Excellent communication, decision-making, persuasion, and closing skills
- 1-2 years of experience with air travel preferred
- Demonstrated sales and customer service skills, including negotiation and knowledge of airline fares
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems; experience with Amadeus or airline GDS is a plus
